| A | Formula or expressed milk You are not woken at all. |
|---|---|
| B | One direct breastfeed during the night You are woken once, for about 10–15 minutes. We do the burping, diaper change, settling and tidying up. |
| C | Direct breastfeeding only We only ask you for the feed itself. Everything else is ours, so you are up for a few minutes to around a quarter of an hour each time. |
We decide the way together beforehand and put it in writing. You can change it later.
For medical questions about breastfeeding, please ask a midwife or a medical institution.
As a rule, throughout the night a family member stays where they can come within 20 minutes when called, and can be reached by phone. If you plan to go out, please talk to us.
